SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Every artwork is prepared and packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Delivery costs and available services are shown at checkout where possible. For unusually large paintings or destinations requiring a specialist quotation, I will contact you personally before dispatch.
ORIGINAL PAINTINGS
Original paintings are carefully wrapped using protective, archival-safe materials and packed securely for transit.
Most available paintings are prepared for dispatch within 5–7 working days. If a painting requires framing or specialist packing, I will confirm the expected timeframe with you personally.
All original paintings are sent using a tracked and insured service. Larger works may be delivered by a specialist fine-art courier.
LIMITED-EDITION PRINTS
Each limited edition is individually prepared, signed and numbered before dispatch.
Unframed editions are carefully protected and sent flat or rolled, depending on their size. Framed editions are securely packaged to protect the artwork, frame and glazing throughout transit.
Please allow approximately 5–10 working days for unframed editions and 10–15 working days for framed editions to be prepared before dispatch.
UK DELIVERY
UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Original paintings and higher-value framed editions are insured for their full value while in transit.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information by email. A signature may be required on delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International collectors are warmly welcomed.
Available international delivery options are shown at checkout where possible. Larger paintings and framed works may require an individual shipping quotation.
International orders are sent using a tracked service and insured where available. Delivery times vary according to destination and customs processing.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, local taxes or customs charges.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the artwork or delivery price unless expressly stated at checkout.
LARGE OR FRAGILE ARTWORKS
Large, framed or particularly delicate paintings may require specialist handling or a dedicated fine-art courier.
If this applies to your chosen artwork, I will contact you before dispatch to confirm the arrangements, delivery timeframe and any additional cost not already shown at checkout.
LOCAL COLLECTION
Collection from my Dorset studio may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact me before purchasing if you would like to discuss this option.
IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Keep all original packaging and send clear photographs of the artwork, the packaging and the shipping label to contact@magdamalakart.com. I will respond personally and help resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
