I have always found Durdle Door to be more than a landmark.

When I painted Resolve – Durdle Door, I wanted to capture not only the beauty of the landscape but the feeling it inspires—a sense of steadiness, perspective and quiet resilience that stays with you long after you leave the coastline.

For me, it is a reminder to trust time and to keep moving gently forward.
